Before you ask
Can I mix SKUs in one order or container?
Yes. Multi-SKU programs are a core part of our service. We coordinate samples, pricing, quality control, unified packaging and consolidated shipment across the whole list — products from our own range and from qualified partner factories (plastic, hardware, silicone, adhesive materials, packaging) ship as one consolidated order with one point of contact.
Can you follow our packaging and shipping mark requirements?
Yes. Retail packaging is built to your artwork — carded, boxed, labelled and barcoded formats — and export cartons carry your shipping marks exactly as instructed. Packaging specifications are confirmed in writing before production, with pre-production photos or samples for sign-off.
What is the sampling process for a new product?
Feasibility review first, then a prototype or pre-production sample for your confirmation. Only after written sample approval does tooling or bulk production start — structure, material and finish are locked before money is committed to molds.
Who owns the mold after development?
Mold ownership, tooling cost and what happens if production ever moves are settled in the development agreement before any tooling starts. We manage molds under that written agreement — not a verbal promise.
Can we appoint a third-party inspection before shipment?
Yes. Buyers may nominate a third-party inspector or send their own QC team before shipment. We coordinate factory access, sampling and the inspection schedule, and our own incoming, in-process and final inspection records are available alongside.
Can you support compliance testing?
We prepare food-contact, material safety, REACH/RoHS and other customer-specified test reports per product and per order. Tell us your market and channel requirements in the RFQ and we will confirm which documents apply to your program.
Tell us what you are trying to build
Send a product, a reference, a drawing or an SKU list. You will get the product path, customization scope, MOQ structure, sample plan and next steps — in writing.
- Send photos, target market and quantity — you get structure and material options back.
- Samples and QC records before you commit to a production run.
- One coordinator from brief to shipment booking.
